HES 9600 Compatible Exit Devices

The HES 9600 is compatible with rim exit devices from 7 major manufacturers—Von Duprin, Sargent, Corbin Russwin, Precision, Falcon, Detex, and Dorma—featuring Pullman-style latchbolts up to 3/4 inch (19 mm) in diameter. Hanchett Entry Systems (HES), an ASSA ABLOY company, designed the 9600 to accept the 3/4-inch latchbolt throw used by the majority of commercial rim panic hardware.

What exit devices work with the HES 9600?

The HES 9600 is compatible with rim exit devices from Von Duprin, Sargent, Corbin Russwin, Precision, Falcon, Detex, and other manufacturers. The key requirement is a Pullman-style (round, beveled) latchbolt no larger than 3/4 inch (19 mm) in diameter.

Von Duprin Compatible Models

ED5000 Series (Corbin Russwin), 2100/2700 Series (Precision), and 24/25 Series (Falcon) rim exit devices are compatible.

What exit devices are NOT compatible?

Mortise exit devices, CVR devices with SquareBolt, and latchbolts larger than 3/4" require different HES models.
